The event was attended by the company’s deputy general manager, the deputy manager for corporate culture, relevant staff from the human resources department, and 18 newly hired employees. The symposium was chaired by the deputy manager for corporate culture, who introduced the company’s corporate culture, encouraged everyone to regard Jinbang as their own home, and urged them to speak freely about their experiences at work and in daily life since joining the company. The meeting unfolded in a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. Each new employee introduced themselves, sharing their insights into their roles, workshop culture, work experiences, and future aspirations, based on their actual work conditions and personal feelings since joining the company. They also raised several questions and offered suggestions for improvement. Deputy General Manager Luo Mingyou engaged with the new employees throughout the session, drawing on his extensive professional experience and technical expertise to address their queries regarding production technology and daily life management. As the symposium drew to a close, Deputy General Manager Luo provided a concluding remark, expressing his hope that the new employees would quickly adapt to the company and contribute their wisdom and talents to Jinbang. Safe production concerns you and me.
Safe production is vital to you and me. On March 13, in order to effectively carry out current safety‑production work and ensure the safe resumption of operations, the Gujian Village Committee specially invited relevant professional instructors to Jinbang Company to conduct a safety‑production training session. More than 50 participants attended, including managers from the Production Department, Materials Planning Department, Human Resources Department, and Administration Department, as well as frontline production workers. The instructor systematically covered all aspects of enterprise safety production, including the current risk landscape, recommendations for corrective measures, and visualized intelligent risk‑control monitoring. He then presented real‑world examples of workplace accidents that occurred in Shunde in 2018, analyzing their root causes and the associated legal and economic consequences. The deputy head of production also meticulously prepared teaching materials, detailing a recent production accident that took place in one of our workshops, repeatedly emphasizing that safety must come first and that all procedures must be followed. Following the case study, he went on to explain, in great detail, the specific safety precautions required for each position in the workshop, tailored to the unique demands of every role. This training was both comprehensive and rich in case studies. We hope that employees will gain valuable insights, truly integrate safety awareness into their daily work, and ensure that our company’s production consistently stays on a safe and secure track.

2018 Outstanding Employee Series — Production Staff Edition
2018 Outstanding Employee Profiles This issue highlights the achievements of exceptional production employees. Series on Outstanding Production Employees: The “Old Ox” of the Extrusion Line He joined Jinbang in April 1999 and currently works on the extrusion line in Workshop No. 1. Though not particularly articulate, he is diligent and hardworking, delivering excellent results. Some colleagues call him the “old ox”—he eats grass but produces milk. Working on the extrusion line requires enduring high temperatures and noise, while maintaining focused attention to monitor changes in material consistency, color, and temperature, making timely decisions. With a highly conscientious attitude, he continuously refines his experience and delves into the technical nuances of the job, steadily developing into a skilled expert. Over the years, thanks to his meticulous work ethic and extensive experience, he has consistently completed his tasks with both quality and quantity. A Careful Worker Who Loves His Job He joined Jinbang in July 2013 and now works on the batching line in Workshop No. 2. The batching environment tends to be quite dusty, leading many to seek other careers after a short time; however, he has remained in this role for six years. “Love whatever you do—no matter the position, always work diligently and earnestly. Don’t pick and choose jobs; instead, hone yourself through your work,” is his guiding principle. Over the years, he has meticulously studied batching techniques, skillfully adjusting ingredient ratios to suit different conditions. Many assume that batching simply means following computer‑generated formulas, but only through dedicated study can one truly grasp the subtle differences in material proportions. Such professional finesse stems from his correct mindset: “love whatever you do.” A Versatile All‑Rounder Who Believes “A Strong Team Is Truly Great” He joined Jinbang in July 2014 and now works on the batching line in Workshop No. 3. Colleagues describe him as responsible, conscientious, technically proficient, and eager to help others. With relatively few workers in Workshop No. 3, staffing shortages often arise during busy periods. Xu Wenfu is an avid learner who has mastered multiple skills; when manpower is tight, after completing his own batching duties, he frequently volunteers to assist colleagues on other lines, lightening their workload. As he often says, “Only by helping one another can we build a strong team.” His belief—that “a strong team is truly great”—summarizes why he was recognized as outstanding. An Inventive “Craftsman” He joined Jinbang in April 2015 and now works on the slitting line in the production department. Though slight in stature and often wearing a gentle smile, once at his post, he becomes a tireless worker. “Don’t just get by day to day—put your heart into every task and strive to solve problems. Once you’re paid, you must deliver solutions,” he frequently emphasizes. Not only does he maintain a positive work ethic, but he’s also a problem‑solving expert who relies on his ingenuity. Drawing on the performance characteristics of PVC products, he modified the slitting machine, resolving the technical challenge of product whitening and enabling the company’s offerings to meet the demands of certain high‑end customers. Yuan Meiwen embodies the craftsman spirit of professionalism, perseverance, continuous improvement, and innovation—qualities that are precisely what our manufacturing sector needs most. A Batching Expert Who Forgets to Eat When Busy He joined Jinbang in December 2012 and now works on the batching line in Workshop No. 1. Small in stature and rarely showing much expression, he walks with a gaze that seems to avoid meeting others’ eyes. At first glance, it’s hard to see what makes him stand out. Yet when asked about his duties, he speaks knowledgeably, reciting details effortlessly: when to add ingredients, when to increase or decrease quantities, and how to balance material ratios—all handled with remarkable precision. He maintains intense focus on his work, often forgetting to eat when things get hectic; sometimes, even after eating only half a meal, he’s already back to batching and adding materials. His dedication, unwavering concentration, and selfless commitment to quietly contributing in an ordinary role are precisely why he was named outstanding.

2018 Outstanding Employee—Outstanding Team Leader Series
2018 Outstanding Employee Profiles This issue features the Outstanding Team Leader series. Outstanding Team Leader Series The Down-to-Earth Technical Leader He joined Jinbang in June 2011 and currently serves as the production team leader of Workshop No. 2. A constant smile graces his face, making him look like Maitreya Buddha. Indeed, he is a good person. However, calling him simply “a good person” falls far short of capturing his true character. His technical expertise is top-notch; he handles emergencies with decisiveness and speed, demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, and excels at uniting his colleagues—these are all hallmarks of his personality. He knows how to keep work and life separate: warm and caring in personal matters, acting as a big brother to his coworkers, yet utterly uncompromising and exacting when it comes to work, always striving for perfection. That’s why his colleagues often refer to him as the “down-to-earth technical leader.” A Good Team Leader Who “Dares to Manage and Dare to Act” He joined Jinbang in September 2002 and now holds the position of production team leader in Workshop No. 2. Even when working as an ordinary employee, he diligently studied and mastered various production techniques. Thanks to his exceptional skills, he eventually advanced to the role of team leader. As a manager, he never plays the “nice guy”; instead, he lives by the principle of “daring to manage and daring to act.” On one hand, he sets high standards for himself, leading by example; on the other, he holds his subordinates to the same rigorous expectations, building a responsible and accountable team. Employees who have ever been reprimanded by him invariably respect him, for he radiates integrity and puts the interests of the company above all else. “As frontline staff, we must directly create value for the company,” he insists—and it is precisely this sense of responsibility that has enabled him to achieve outstanding results time and again.
