To further strengthen confidentiality work and enhance the Jinbang employees’ awareness of confidentiality and sense of responsibility, on the morning of December 11, 2018, Jinbang Company organized a special training session on “Trade Secrets and Confidentiality Awareness” for some of its staff.

At the meeting, the Director of Human Resources elaborated on the importance of confidentiality work, analyzed the challenges and prominent issues currently facing it, and introduced the “Five-Finger” method for ensuring confidentiality, thereby strengthening Jinbang employees’ awareness of confidentiality and their sense of responsibility.

After the meeting, Vice President Luo summarized the session by drawing on real-world cases. The researchers incorporated polymers containing dynamic chemical bonds into the film material; upon damage, the broken bonds are re‑formed in response to thermal stimulation, enabling rapid self‑repair. Currently, this technology has completed laboratory validation and is expected to enter industrial production soon, bringing significant benefits to industries—such as electronics and automotive—that require long‑term surface protection.
