Innovative lamination technology for PE protective films reduces bubble formation.
In the application of PE protective films, bubble formation has long been a persistent challenge for users. Recently, an innovative lamination technique has emerged, employing specialized vacuum‑lamination equipment. During the process, the air between the PE protective film and the substrate is evacuated to an extremely low pressure, after which precisely controlled pressure rollers apply uniform pressure to bond the film to the surface. Field tests have demonstrated that this method reduces bubble occurrence by more than 80%, significantly enhancing both the quality and efficiency of lamination—making it particularly well suited for applications such as screen protectors, where superior bonding performance is critical.

Composite Technology for PVC and PET Sheets Expands Application Fields
A new technology for laminating PVC sheets with PET sheets has been developed. By employing a specialized adhesive and a hot‑pressing process, this technique firmly bonds the two materials, endowing the composite sheet with PVC’s flexibility and chemical resistance as well as PET’s high strength and exceptional transparency. Such composite sheets can be used in next‑generation architectural decorative materials, high‑end electronic device housings, and other applications, thereby expanding the application scope of both materials and offering a fresh material option to drive product innovation across related industries.
