Jinbang’s charitable donations bring warmth to sick employees.

Jinbang’s Heartfelt Donations Bring Warmth to a Sick Employee On June 21, 2019, Mr. Huang, an employee of Jinbang Company, returned to the office accompanied by his mother to visit colleagues and supervisors he hadn’t seen in a long time. The mother and son presented the company with a banner of gratitude, expressing their heartfelt appreciation. Mr. Huang is a welfare employee at Jinbang, suffering from chronic left ventricular dysfunction and a diaphragmatic hernia. In mid-December 2018, after more than ten days of a severe cold that failed to heal, he developed a series of complications, eventually requiring a ventilator to sustain his life. The enormous medical expenses proved overwhelming for his family. On February 20, 2019, upon learning of Mr. Huang’s dire situation, Jinbang’s management promptly organized a charitable fundraising drive, launching a donation appeal throughout the company. In just three short days, the company and its employees collectively raised over 40,000 yuan in donations. Additionally, some employees contributed through Shuidichou, while others shared Shuidichou links on WeChat Moments to raise funds for Mr. Huang—numbers too numerous to tally individually. Jinbang’s leadership even traveled specially to Guangzhou to visit Mr. Huang during his hospitalization, personally handing the donated funds to his mother. After undergoing two major surgeries, Mr. Huang has become noticeably thinner, but his spirits have greatly improved, and his physical condition is steadily recovering. On the day he returned to the office, he was already able to chat and laugh with his former colleagues, whose joyful smiles were deeply gratified to see him regaining his health. The Chinese nation has long cherished the traditional virtues of accumulating virtue and doing good, helping the poor and relieving the distressed—virtues that are vividly reflected in Jinbang’s corporate culture. For many years, dozens of welfare workers have lived and worked at Jinbang, and the company has always gone out of its way to care for them. This round of charitable donations for Mr. Huang further underscores the company’s consistent commitment to showing genuine human concern for its employees. We wish Mr. Huang a speedy and complete recovery, and we also hope that Jinbang will continue to thrive and reach new heights!

The awards ceremony for rationalization proposals for January–February 2019 was held.

The Awards Ceremony for Rationalization Proposals for January–February 2019 Was Held The results of the January–February 2019 rationalization proposal review have been announced. The highly anticipated awards ceremony took place on May 24 in the training room, attended by the deputy general manager, the deputy production manager, the deputy cultural affairs manager, the award winners, and representatives from the Human Resources Department. The meeting was chaired by Li Changfen, head of the Technical Quality Department. In his opening remarks, Deputy General Manager Luo Mingyou emphasized that reducing costs and improving efficiency is a long-term priority for the company. He noted that rationalization proposals help enhance management, cut expenses, and boost productivity, encouraging all employees to actively submit diverse suggestions. Award Categories: Finalist Award, Third Prize, Second Prize, First Prize During the ceremony, the first-prize winner shared his thoughts, admitting that winning was quite unexpected and expressing his determination to continue working hard to repay the company’s trust. Deputy General Manager Luo Mingyou commented that Wen Can has always been a modest and steady employee—dedicated to technical work, unassuming, and able to endure solitude. He urged everyone to emulate Wen Can’s down-to-earth, diligent work ethic. Furthermore, he pointed out that there are many areas where rationalization proposals can be put forward—for example, the recurring issue of black‑film carding machines in Workshop No. 1. “Who can think critically about this problem and devise a technical solution? We all need to pay closer attention to various production and operational challenges within the company.” The deputy cultural affairs manager concluded by noting that the rationalization proposal program has now been adjusted to bi-monthly, which means employees must delve deeper into identifying opportunities to improve the company’s production and operations. He stressed that effective rationalization proposals must be grounded in reality and genuinely address practical issues. By working together with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, we can generate more solutions that improve efficiency and steadily enhance the company’s overall performance. Appendix: First‑Prize Winner for January–February 2019 — Wen Can Proposal Title: “Purchase a New Mixing Tank in the PET Workshop Specifically for Preparing Color‑Sheet Masterbatches” The first prize for January–February 2019 was awarded to Wen Can from the Technical Quality Department. His winning proposal suggests purchasing a new mixing tank for the PET workshop, dedicated exclusively to preparing color‑sheet masterbatches. Current shortcomings: At present, the PET workshop relies on a single mixing tank for preparing masterbatches. Some color‑sheet masterbatches require preparation by the Technical Department; prior to mixing, the tank must be cleaned of residual blue pigment, and afterward, it needs to be cleared of any remaining color. This cleaning process is time‑consuming, often taking half a day, and if not done thoroughly, it can adversely affect the color of standard transparent sheets. Moreover, much of the material removed during cleaning ends up being repurposed only for black‑sheet production, resulting in both wasted time and unnecessary raw‑material loss. With an increasing number of color‑sheet varieties requiring masterbatch preparation, coupled with insufficient staffing, the workload has become increasingly heavy. Proposed improvement: Acquire a second mixing tank to complement the existing one, clearly labeling each tank—one designated specifically for preparing blue‑based and OB‑based masterbatches, and the other reserved for color‑sheet masterbatches. This arrangement would eliminate the need to clean the tank used for blue or OB masterbatches, and significantly reduce the frequency of cleaning required for tanks handling color‑sheet masterbatches (especially when dealing with similar, identical, or repeatedly prepared colors). As a result, this measure would save time, conserve materials, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
