I. Competition Date: October 20
II. Competition Venue: Shunde No. 1 Middle School, Daliang Campus
III. Competition Equipment: Soft inflatable round drum, 1.2 meters in diameter, with inflatable bouncy balls.
IV. Competition Rules:
1. Each team may register 15 players, with 8 competing (4 men and 4 women).
2. The tournament will be played as a best-of-three format, with each match decided in a single game. Match pairings, including those in the qualifying rounds, will be determined by draw until the top eight players are finalized.
3. Before the match begins, the eight players each grasp one of the extension handles on the inflatable drum, and the inflatable ball is placed on top of the drum.
4. The referee signals the start of the competition. Each player pulls the handle to launch the ball, which bounces on the circular drum. If the ball lands off the drum, it must be replaced on the drum and play continues; the number of bounces is accumulated. The time limit is 3 minutes, and the competition ends when the referee blows the whistle. The competitor with the highest cumulative count wins.
5. If the scores are tied, an additional one-minute period will be played; if the score remains level, another one-minute period will follow, and this process will continue until a winner is determined.
