Newly hired employees are the company’s fresh talent, bringing a breath of new energy to the organization. Orientation and onboarding programs enable new hires to quickly adapt to their roles, integrate into the team, and unlock their full potential and value more effectively and efficiently.
“Jinbang shines brightly under the three celestial lights, and the red courtyard at dawn extends to all eight corners of the world.” In this most beautiful season of the year, Jinbang Company’s 2018 new employee orientation program was successfully held on October 13 and October 15, 2018. Both newly hired office staff and workshop employees attended the training.
This new‑employee orientation was hosted by Wu Guibin, Senior HR Specialist at Jinbang Company. During the session, he provided an overview of the company and its core values, encouraging new employees to set their own career goals. Although “dreams alone are not enough to take you far,” he emphasized that “those who do reach distant shores surely have dreams.” He also expressed his hope that new employees would understand and embrace the company’s core values—integrity and responsibility, quality and efficiency, pragmatism and innovation, and win‑win cooperation—in order to achieve success.
Next, the senior human resources specialist systematically explained the company’s relevant procedures and policies, its corporate culture, and its vision for the future, enabling the new employees to become more familiar with and better understand Jinbang Company.

After the training session, new employees proactively asked questions about anything they didn’t understand, and a senior HR specialist provided on-the-spot clarifications to help them quickly become proficient in their roles.
We believe that the new employees, through their hard work and wisdom, will compose their most satisfying symphony on the stage of Jinbang. Here, we hope that the new employees will quickly integrate into the Jinbang family and join us in writing a new chapter for Jinbang!

PET sheets achieve a better balance of transparency and strength.
Through repeated experimentation, researchers have developed an improved formulation for PET sheets. By incorporating a specific proportion of nano‑scale additives into the raw material and employing a unique blending and stirring process, these additives are uniformly dispersed throughout the PET molecular structure. This not only enhances the transparency of the PET sheets, achieving a light transmittance of over 92%—approaching optical‑grade standards—but also boosts their tensile strength, increasing it by 20% compared with conventional PET sheets. This breakthrough offers a new option for high‑end applications such as premium packaging and optical displays, where PET sheet performance requirements are particularly stringent.

Key progress has been made in the self-healing technology of PE protective films.
A research team has successfully developed a self‑healing polyethylene (PE) protective film. When the surface sustains minor damage such as scratches, the film can autonomously reorganize and repair the affected area under specific temperature conditions, thanks to a unique internal chemical molecular mechanism. The researchers incorporated polymers containing dynamic chemical bonds into the film material; upon damage, the broken bonds are re‑formed in response to thermal stimulation, enabling rapid self‑repair. Currently, this technology has completed laboratory validation and is expected to enter industrial production soon, bringing significant benefits to industries—such as electronics and automotive—that require long‑term surface protection.
